Thanks for your interest in IPI Property Management. We are a boutique, family-run property management company located in beautiful San Diego, California. From single family homes and condos to larger multi-family properties, we do it all! We specialize in the Hillcrest, Mission Hills, and North Park neighborhoods, but we also manage properties across San Diego County.
IPI was founded by Ken Weiner, a real estate broker and syndication specialist with 40 years of experience in the Southwest region. Having managed a number of properties owned by his investment groups, Ken takes a different approach to third-party property management. He treats each property as if he were the owner, paying close attention to the fine details. At IPI, we believe clear communication and superior service helps build strong, long-lasting relationships.
